I'M EXCITED THAT WE ARE GOING TO WORK W/INTERACT ON A PROJECT. WITH ECONOMIC TIMES AS THEY ARE, IT'S TOUGH FOR ALL, BUT AFTER HAVING TO LEAVE YOU HOME AND FINDING YOURSELF W/OUT THE BASICS, MAKES IT ALMOST UNBEARABLE. WE NEED TO SET A DATE FOR COLLECTIONS AND WHAT TYPE OF COLLECTION WE WILL PROVIDE. I SUGGEST BASIC ITEMS, ie, SOAP,COMBS, HAIRBRUSHES, TOOTHBRUSHES,TOOTHPASTE. WASHCLOTHES, TOWELS, SOCKS, ETC.MUCH OF THIS CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR LOCAL DOLLAR TREE.
I agree with Watson, I also would like to work on this project. In these tough economic times I believe this is a good cause especially with all the recent violence among families in this country.
I too want to work on this project. When is the due date. Is that what we are going to do, have a place for people to drop off items by a certain date? If so, will we post flyers?
